Terms

Payment to be paid in full on the day of the sale. Method of payment shall be cash, cashier's checks, traveler's check , pre-approved personal checks, and major credit cards. No bank cards will be accepted. Seller Paid Day of Sale.

15% goats & calves
20% All animals (Excluding Goats & Calves)
25% Miscellaneous- Animal Related
35% Non Related Miscellaneous

Due to insurance regulations no unleashed dogs or alcohol permitted on grounds. All guarantees between buyer and seller.
